Curating Mid-Century Modern & Fine Art in Palm Springs Since 2010
VENTURA opened in February of 2010 and showcases exceptional items from the turn of the century to the present. We specialize in mid-century modern furniture, art nouveau, folk art, arts & crafts, bauhaus, art deco, and one-of-a-kind collector's objects. We also showcase talented artists whose work deserves special recognition.
Our Story
Our passion for collecting began in New York City, hunting treasures at the legendary 26th Street Flea Market and Canal Street. While living in NYC, one of my closest friends and mentors was Calvin Morgan—a Juilliard faculty member who worked closely with renowned designer Ward Bennett on furniture design projects before achieving success with his own innovative furniture designs.
The Journey to Palm Springs
After attending NYU and building a 25-year career in the corporate computer industry, I decided to follow my dream: sharing my passion for collecting mid-century modern design and fine art with fellow enthusiasts and collectors.
Today, VENTURA serves Palm Springs and collectors worldwide, offering a carefully curated selection of museum-quality pieces that blend history, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
