Outsider abstract oil painting on board signed Peter L. Sword (1939-2018). Peter was a longtime resident of San Francisco where we purchased this painting. We see online that he lived in the bohemian North Beach neighborhood and returned from the Vietnam War troubled and turned to art-making and drugs as his way of dealing with his war experience. Painting framed measures 41" wide, 2.25" deep and 29"high.
